The part nobody sees, so nothing goes wrong.
A platform gives you a webcam grid and a ticket queue. Every VSE event is cut by a vision mixer, sent out twice and run by a producer on comms, the way broadcast television is.
Studio, cloud or your venue
Chichester, partner studios in Manchester, Norwich and Fareham, cloud galleries, or a gallery in your venue.
Two streams on every show
Main and backup on separate lines. If the main drops, every viewer moves across by themselves.
Rehearsed and drilled
Tech run, dress rehearsal and a failure drill before doors. You are welcome to watch it.
A producer on comms all day
Senior vision mixers, engineers and a named producer, where a platform gives you a ticket queue.
Feeding the platform, not just a stream
The gallery and the event platform are run by the same team, so polls land on screen as graphics, questions reach the stage and attendance comes back into the report.
Your own stream page
Private, branded, on your web address, with a backup stream built in.
Q&A, polls and word clouds
Moderated, from the room and online, on the big screen when you say.
Registration and ticketing
Ticket types, approvals, group bookings, payments straight to your account.
Check-in and badges
Wallet passes, phone and kiosk check-in, badges printed on arrival.
Analytics and reports
Live dashboard, attendance curve, CRM sync, the report next morning.
What we run
Galleries and streaming
vMix and hardware galleries in our studio, the cloud or your venue; multi-destination encoding; bonded cellular backup.
Remote contributors
Speakers on managed links, tested the day before, with mix-minus returns and a fallback for each.
Graphics on air
Name straps, stings and live poll results, questions and word clouds from the platform, in your brand.
Editing and post
Show opens, highlights and same-day session edits, from the people who were in the gallery.
We also produce podcasts for brands, from recording to managed hosting.
Our crew under your name
Video HODs, vMix operators and streaming engineers, white label.
