What a virtual event studio gives you
Your presenters stand on a lit set instead of in front of a webcam. A gallery next door cuts between cameras, slides, video playback and remote guests, and the finished programme goes out to wherever your audience is watching: Teams, Zoom, YouTube, LinkedIn, your own site or VSE Platform. The crew comes with the room, so nobody on your side has to work out why the audio has dropped.
It suits webinars, town halls and all-hands, product launches and awards shows presented to camera, and the online half of a hybrid conference.
Chichester: our own studio
Our home studio is at The Old Grainstore, Adsdean Farm, Funtington, just outside Chichester, run with our studio partner Granary Digital. It has an infinity cove (The White Space), a chroma green space for virtual sets, and a podcast studio. The space costs from £295 +VAT for a half day (4 hours) or £395 +VAT for a full day (10 hours). Crew, cameras and streaming are quoted for the show you are actually running.
The studio is a converted barn. Its double doors open straight onto the car park, so kit, sets and vehicles drive in rather than being carried. The White Space is a two-wall infinity cove with a curved corner, lit from a scaffold grid hung high in the roof that carries fresnels, LED panels and a large drum softbox. These are photographs of the rooms as they are now.

Manchester, Norwich and Fareham
When your presenters are nearer the north or East Anglia, we run the show from a partner studio instead. Every one meets our minimum specification for broadcast work: proper lighting, acoustics, gallery space and a tested internet line. Same crew, same kit list, same run order, whichever room it is.
Or we bring the studio to you
Need it closer to home? We build pop-up studios at your premises: set, lighting, cameras and a connected gallery, anywhere in the UK. For a remote-first show we can also run the gallery in the cloud on AWS, with presenters joining from wherever they are.
Before you book
Three guides answer most of the questions we get asked first: what live streaming costs, LED wall or green screen, and how much bandwidth a stream needs. Or tell us about the show and we will come back with a room and a price.
