Webinar

Webinars that don't look like webinars.

Same format, better production: presenters lit and framed, graphics in your brand, slides that never freeze, and a moderator running the Q&A — for a fraction of a conference budget.

Webinars are the most common virtual event and the least produced. A shared screen, a small webcam and a host reading questions from chat is the standard — which is exactly why a produced webinar stands out. Presenters in a studio or on managed remote links, lower thirds, slides driven from the gallery on cue, a branded holding loop, a moderator feeding the best questions — the audience notices, and watch time shows it.

We run produced webinars into Zoom, Teams, LinkedIn Live, YouTube or dedicated webinar platforms, from a single presenter to a four-way panel, live or "live-to-tape" pre-recorded with live Q&A. For regular series we set up a repeatable format and price it accordingly.

Common questions

Webinar questions

How much does a produced webinar cost?

From around £750–£1,500+VAT for a single-presenter produced webinar; panels and studio-based sessions sit at £1,500–£3,000. Series pricing is available.

Can you run it on our webinar platform?

Yes — we deliver a produced feed into most platforms, and run the interaction alongside your team.

Can we pre-record the presentation?

Yes. "Live-to-tape" webinars are recorded in advance to broadcast standard and played out with a live Q&A. Speakers love it; audiences rarely notice.

Do you provide the presenter studio?

Yes — our Chichester studio, a partner studio nearer you, or a pop-up set at your office.
