Virtual

Virtual conferences that feel like television.

Multi-track, multi-day, hundreds of remote speakers — produced from our cloud galleries with the polish of a broadcast and the interaction of a great room.

A virtual conference is a broadcast schedule wearing an agenda. Every session is its own show with its own speakers, graphics and interaction — and the audience expects all of them to start on time and look the same. We've produced virtual conferences for retailers, charities, membership bodies and agencies since 2020, and the method hasn't changed: plan like a broadcaster, crew like a broadcaster, rehearse like a broadcaster.

Speakers join on managed broadcast links, not consumer video calls, and every one is tested on their real kit in advance. Sessions run from our cloud galleries, so parallel tracks are additional machines rather than additional vans. The platform — yours, a third party's, or one we build — receives a produced feed with graphics, name straps and polls already in the picture.

Common questions

Virtual conference questions

How much does a virtual conference cost?

A single-track, one-day virtual conference with a platform, remote speakers and full production typically runs £5,000–£12,000+VAT; multi-track and multi-day events scale from there. Our cost guide and budget estimator give a tailored range.

Can we use our own platform?

Yes. We deliver a produced broadcast feed into any platform that accepts RTMP or SRT, and we manage the interaction layer on it alongside your team.

How many parallel tracks can you run?

Each track is a cloud gallery with its own operator. We have run five simultaneous tracks; more is a matter of crew and planning, not technology.

What happens if a speaker's connection fails?

Every speaker has a tested fallback — a dial-in number at minimum, and for keynotes a pre-recorded insurance version — and the run order says what happens next.
